I loved its good sized rooms.

Booked a room with a mirror in bedroom. Amicable staff with excellent service and breakfast and the location was excellent near Florence's main attractions.

The location was good and next to hills and a river. The breakfast was good, the check in was early. Really friendly staff with excellent service and breakfast, had a very nice attitude.

Perfect location close to a train station and main sights. Recently refurbished room overall, with a view. Good service and a pizza restaurant onsite.

Our rooms were airy and neat with large open plan bedroom upstairs and a view of pipes, for example. The breakfast was wonderful with rolls and also croissants, had everything you could want...

It has comfortable modern and very well decorated rooms with a mini bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV. The location is comfortable, 1 mile from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. The employees are particularly helpful.

The room was very well decorated, and it had coffee and tea/coffee that were useful. Very central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. A train station was walk from the venue.

Got the same a double room booked online with a TV, ceiling in the bathroom, the balcony. The staff were both PARTICULARLY HELPFUL and patient.

The service was terrific, including the good onsite restaurant. The deluxe room was newly remodelled, included a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. All the employees were affable and amicable. The location was amazing, in the Florence Historic Centre district and near the train station.

I came here for 2 nights and had a really nice stay. The hotel was amazing and clean, its location was stunning in the centre of Florence, great service. The breakfast was satisfactory with European foods and juices, as example, perfect to start my day;))

I had a great stay at Hotel Universo - Wtb Hotels. The location was perfect, close to the train station and rental cars. Plus, the view from my room overlooking the piazza Santa Maria novella was stunning. The room itself was spacious and clean, with an elevator making it easy to access. The customer service was outstanding, especially when the A/C in my room stopped working. The staff quickly resolved the issue and even offered to move me to a room in their sister hotel nearby. The included breakfast was delicious, and the overall convenience of the hotel's location made my trip to Florence enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great design of the room! Nice view of the piazza. Located very close to the centre (but then again Florence is not a big city, everything is at close range) and the train station. We'd return to the hotel for a while and go back for wandering in the city. I guess the price was ok.

Quite narrow bathroom (they could lose the bidet) and we couldn't take a shower without wetting our heads. Also not eough hangers. The breakfast buffet was nothing special (the usual stuff) and there were few tables to sit.

The staff was exceptional. The view from my window was gorgeous. I had everything I needed. Everyone was very kind and helpful and flexible, even when I had to change my reservation. I respect the flexibility and the fact that everyone was so considerate of my needs.

I think the price of 120 Euros, especially with the dollar exchange rate, was high, given the small space, etc. I think 90-100 Euros would have felt more like a value. I also don't like that the rate changed by almost 20 Euros one day later. I had also found a more spacious hotel room for the same 120 Euros, so this rate seemed even higher to me.

Easy enough to find, in the heart of Florence. Positioned in the good area, close to the tourist sites in Florence, the SMN train station, and the centre and great surrounding restaurants. Airy, newly decorated rooms overlooking courtyard.
